Privacy policy

StudioZIO is not a registered company. It is the name under which Mert Erkan, an individual resident in Türkiye, publishes software. Mert Erkan is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. When StudioZIO is registered as a business, this page will name the registered business and its address.

Every visit: hosting

• Data: IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time.
• Purpose: Deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Processor: Vercel Inc., United States.
• Kept: By Vercel under its own log retention. StudioZIO does not use this data to identify visitors.

Google Analytics

• Data: A pseudonymous cookie identifier, pages viewed, clicks on download, listening and sign-up controls, whether a contact message was sent, words typed into the site search, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
• Purpose: Count visits, see which pages and downloads are used, and measure which ads bring visitors here.
• When: In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose Accept. Until then the Google tag still loads but sets no cookies and sends only cookieless signals. Elsewhere, measurement is on until you choose Decline. Ad personalisation is always off.
• Processor: Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (United States).
• Kept: For the retention period set in this site’s Google Analytics property, at most 14 months for event-level data.

Contact form

• Data: Name, email address, category, operating system, host DAW and your message.
• Purpose: Answer you. It is not added to any mailing list.
• Processor: Formspree (United States) delivers the message to StudioZIO’s Gmail inbox (Google).
• Kept: Deleted from the inbox and from Formspree within 12 months after the conversation ends, sooner if you ask.

StudioZIO Early Access

• Data: Your email address, the date and wording of the consent you gave, your confirmation, and the technical data Buttondown records when you sign up and open emails.
• Purpose: Send StudioZIO Early Access emails: product updates, release news and testing opportunities. Only after you tick the consent box and confirm your address from the email Buttondown sends.
• Processor: Buttondown (United States) stores the list and sends the emails.
• Kept: Until you unsubscribe (a link is in every email) or ask for deletion. An address that is never confirmed receives no Early Access emails.

Downloads

• Data: Installers are served by GitHub (United States), which receives your IP address when you download.
• Purpose: Deliver the installer. StudioZIO receives no personal data from the download itself.

Nothing else is collected. There are no customer accounts, no payments and no crash reporting on this site, and StudioZIO does not sell personal data.

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), only under the consent rules above.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your browser’s local storage under studiozio-consent, so the banner does not ask again.
• A session-only flag (studiozio-debug), set only when a tester adds ?_dbg=1 to an address.

To change your choice at any time, use the Cookies control in the footer of every page.

Every service named above is based outside Türkiye, mainly in the United States, so using this site means your data is processed there.

You can ask whether your data is processed, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time; under Turkish law these are the rights in Article 11 of the KVKK (Law No. 6698). If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights it gives. Send requests through the contact routes above; they are answered within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU or UK, to your data-protection authority.

This page changes when the site changes. Each version carries its date at the top.

Bu internet sitesini Türkiye’de yerleşik gerçek kişi Mert Erkan işletmektedir ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında veri sorumlusudur. İşletme tescil edildiğinde bu metin tescilli işletmenin unvanı ve adresiyle güncellenecektir.

StudioZIO Early Access listesine verdiğiniz e-posta adresi, yalnızca onay kutusunu işaretleyip adresinizi onayladıktan sonra, ürün güncellemeleri, sürüm haberleri ve test fırsatları hakkında e-posta göndermek için işlenir.

Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep: Veriler elektronik ortamda, site formları ve çerezler aracılığıyla toplanır. Analitik çerezler ve Early Access e-postaları açık rızanıza, iletişim formu ve teknik barındırma verileri veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatine ve talebinize yanıt verilmesine dayanır.

Aktarım: Veriler, hizmet aldığımız ve Türkiye dışında (ağırlıklı olarak ABD’de) bulunan Vercel (barındırma), Google (analitik ve e-posta), Formspree (iletişim formu), Buttondown (Early Access e-posta listesi) ve GitHub (indirmeler) tarafından işlenir. Kişisel veriler satılmaz.

Haklarınız: KVKK md. 11 uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
