Bug reports and technical questions reach the person who writes the code. There are no support tickets, accounts or queues.

Choosing the right channel

Public technical questions and bug reports belong on the official StudioZIO Support issue tracker on GitHub.

If your matter involves private details, sensitive project information or a direct inquiry, use the StudioZIO contact form.

What makes a report actionable

  • Plug-in and version
  • Host DAW and exact version
  • macOS version and Mac model
  • Apple Silicon or Intel where relevant
  • Plug-in format: AU, VST3, AAX or Standalone
  • Shortest sequence that reproduces the issue
  • Crash report from Console.app if a crash occurred

Before reporting that a plug-in does not appear

Tempo Delay is Apple Silicon only and will not appear on an Intel Mac.
